Decho and Bree are known for their expertise in American Rhythm and Latin, their elegant performance quality, and their ability to help students understand the character, technique, and confidence behind great ballroom dancing.
Whether you've never set foot on a dance floor or you're preparing for your next competition, you'll find their studio to be a warm, focused, and encouraging environment where progress happens fast.
Born in Bulgaria, Decho began dancing at age eight and built a career that reached the top of the sport. Together with Bree, he won three consecutive World Professional American Rhythm titles, three U.S. National Championships, and competed as finalists at the Blackpool Dance Festival — considered the most prestigious ballroom competition in the world. His technical precision and competitive depth inform every lesson he teaches.
With a foundation in ballet, tap, and theater arts, Bree brought performance artistry to a partnership that became one of the most decorated in American Rhythm. Together with Decho, she won three consecutive World titles, three U.S. National Championships, and reached the finals at the Blackpool Dance Festival. She now channels that championship experience into helping students of every level find their own voice on the floor.
"I came in with two left feet and zero confidence. Within a few months of lessons with Decho and Bree, I was social dancing at events and actually enjoying myself. They have a gift for making beginners feel completely welcome without ever dumbing things down."
"We hired Decho and Bree to prepare us for our first dance at our wedding. They were endlessly patient, incredibly fun to work with, and turned what felt like an overwhelming task into something we genuinely looked forward to every week. Our guests were blown away."
"I've trained with coaches around the country and Decho's technical knowledge is simply on another level. He can pinpoint exactly what's holding you back and give you the tools to fix it. My competitive scores improved dramatically after just a handful of sessions."
"Bree's championship ballroom background shows in every lesson — she understands performance and presentation in a way most coaches don't. She helped me find my own style on the floor rather than just copying hers. That made all the difference for my confidence."

No — most of our students come on their own. You'll work directly with Decho or Bree, so you can focus entirely on your own progress with a World Champion coach by your side.
Absolutely. Some of our favorite students have never danced a step in their lives. We love making the first experience fun, easy, and confidence-building from day one.
We recommend starting two to three months before your wedding. That said, most couples are wedding-ready in just four to eight lessons — reach out as soon as your date is set and we'll plan accordingly.
Comfortable clothing and shoes with smooth soles. No special dancewear needed to get started — just something you can move freely in.
Most students feel noticeably more comfortable and confident after just two or three lessons. Progress depends on practice, but you'll leave your first lesson with something real to work with.
